Ordering by regular printed Order Form through post:
Download / Print the order form, include the Title(s) and catalogue (ISBN) number(s) to each title(s) and mark the quantities clearly on the order form. Please print your name and address clearly on the order form.

Ordering by e-mail:
On the top of each 'book page' in the on-line catalogue, there is an ISBN (identification number), a price, and and ORDER link. To access an immediate e-mail order, click on the ORDER link and a 'mail' window will pop up.
The price, tax and shipping and handling has been pre-calculated on singular orders of this nature. Simply fill in your name and address in the required fields, and indicate the method by which you will be paying. If paying using MasterCard or Visa, include your MasterCard or Visa card number and Expiry date, along with the Card Holder's name.
If ordering by e-mail but you will be paying by cheque or bank draft / money order, please indicate on your e-mail order. (This will save time in that your order will be 'flagged' once it has been entered into our order-processing system. (Unless otherwise stipulated, all book prices listed are in Canadian funds). This method of ordering will be improved once our full e-commerce shopping is in place.
